Brian Palermo

Helping families make sense of life, money, and the pressure that comes with both.

I believe people need more honest conversations about faith, family, mental health, money, and the pressure of everyday life. My work brings those conversations together through education, storytelling, business, and community.

A note up front

I'm not building this to look like a big company. I'm building it because I care about real families, real conversations, and the pressure people carry quietly. My work brings together the parts of my life that matter most: family, service, education, mental health, storytelling, and helping people feel more prepared for the next step.

Why this work exists

Faith, family, mental health, money, and service all meet here.

I'm not here to make money sound more complicated than it needs to be.

I'm Brian Palermo, a Navy veteran, girl dad, financial educator, children's author, podcast host, and builder. My work is built around the belief that people need more honest conversations about faith, family, mental health, money, and the pressure of everyday life.

Veterans

The Veteran Community Matters.

I served in the United States Navy aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. That chapter shaped my values around responsibility, discipline, and showing up. The veteran community matters to me, and future veteran focused work is something I'm building toward.

  • Where to Start

Two doors in: the Faith, Money & Mental Health podcast for the long form, or a Clarity Session if you have financial questions to talk through.

  • Looking Ahead

Future veteran focused work is being built carefully. More shared as it takes shape.

  • Stay Close

Get updates from Brian when there is something new worth sharing across the work.

Mental Health

Mental health belongs in the conversation.

Mental health is part of why this work matters. The goal is to help people feel less alone in the things they carry quietly. Honest, not dramatic.

The home base

If you're looking for clarity, this is a good place to start.

Whether you came here for education, veteran resources, books, mental health, community, or the work I'm building, I'm glad you're here.
